Privacy at MĀ Seaside

Updated November 4, 2026

This notice explains how the MĀ Seaside Yoga website works alongside MĀ Wellness and Yoga’s main privacy policy.

Email updates

When you join the Seaside mailing list, your email address is submitted to Mailchimp for MĀ Seaside news, class announcements and offers. Mailchimp also records signup information to manage the subscription. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

Membership purchases

Memberships are sold through Mindbody, which handles your account, booking and payment information under its own privacy terms. Payment card details are not collected by this website.

Website services

Netlify hosts this website and processes technical request information such as IP addresses. Vimeo supplies the background videos; we request its do-not-track setting. Your browser stores the identifier of the last background clip played so a different one can appear next time. These providers may process information outside Canada.

This site loads the Meta Pixel and Google tag to measure visits and accepted mailing-list signups. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and process information outside Canada. To opt out, block third-party cookies in your browser settings or email us; joining the mailing list does not depend on it. If you declined measurement on this site before, your browser still keeps that choice. Our signup code does not send your entered name or email address to Google or Meta. Mailchimp receives those details to manage your subscription.

To avoid counting refreshes as new signups, your browser temporarily stores a random signup identifier and time. No name or email is stored with that identifier. A local timestamp limits repeat signup counts from the same browser for 90 days; it does not identify you or prove that a signup is a new subscriber. Browser or platform restrictions can limit measurement. The main MĀ website and linked services have their own technologies and privacy terms.
